Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• North Dakota license

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify physical limitations, disabilities, or conditions that may affect students
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each student
• Deliver physical therapy interventions to students
• Continuously assess and track the progress of students throughout their therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to create a supportive educational environment for students with physical disabilities or limitations
• Assist students in developing the physical skills necessary to participate in classroom activities
• Implement preventive strategies to reduce the risk of physical injuries within the school environment
• Advocate for the needs of students with physical disabilities or limitations
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with parents and other educational professionals.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies
• Any other similar duties as assigned
