Our office is looking to license and field train 5-7 new representatives THIS MONTH to work remotely!
We are looking for honest, trustworthy and competitive individuals, to generate new business by contacting potential customers. ?Someone who's ambitious, outgoing, and is eager to learn. Someone that genuinely likes to help people and is looking for growth. Do any of these things resonate with you?
This position does not require any experience as we provide all training, and licensing on State and Federal levels. During training you will be completing the coursework necessary to obtain your Life Insurance License in your current resident state, and ultimately, your Securities License so as to assist clients with all their investment, savings and retirement needs. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your prospective client's portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firms reputation.
Responsibilities
- Learn and develop marketing strategies, promote Term Insurance and educate on all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones.
- Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, social media marketing, using referrals etc.
- Evaluate business or individual client needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles.
- Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services.
- Fulfill all policy requirements.
Requirements - Must be 18 +
- Clean background (No Felonies)
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and reliable internet/ Wi-Fi connection
- Zoom compatible smart device such as laptop, tablet, smartphone with working camera.
- Proven ability to work with goals and coachable to learning new skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively based on each client's individual needs.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
