Position Overview:

Responsible for selling all PICAs products by using technical and market knowledge. Manages the customer relationships and the project development. Supervise engineering activities including design, process development, material selection, capital investment, prototyping, technical and process documentation, inspection and testing instructions and tooling. Ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through marketing activities and pricing strategy.

Job Function:

  • Defines sales and marketing objectives for his region or portfolio
  • Customizes sales effort by studying market trends and customer technical needs.
  • Identifies new prospects and develops relationships.
  • Recruit and manage account specific sales representatives.
  • Converts prospects into leads through adequate sales activities.
  • Drives the pricing process.
  • Closes deals and books orders.
  • Manage project development from initiation through production ramp-up.
  • Works with Account Managers to service existing accounts.
  • Helps to resolves customer complaints by using all available company resources.
  • Keeps management informed by presenting monthly reports.
  • Monitors competition.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
  • Responsible for all activities relating to business accounts.
  • Travels 40-60%
