**Driveway Training Coordinator**

The Driveway Training Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Driveway Training and Development team including coordination of Driveway training and development initiatives, management of training analytics and system/database updates.

The Driveway Training Coordinator reports to the Driveway Instructional Designer.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage department distribution lists and store directories with additions and deletions

* Manage Sharepoint sites for relevant content and organization (driveway.com, Driveway 101, Field Operations, and Certified Valets)

* Set up new hire accounts and CRM profiles, update as necessary

* Assist with new hire onboarding through dealership acquisitions

* Plan and coordinate training classes and scheduling

* Arrange logistics for training sessions, including virtual or in-person room reservations, set up, ordering of food (for in-person sessions), sign in sheets, and carry out any other necessary tasks to ensure successful learning events

* Support the set-up, clean up, and marketing of Driveway training sessions and other education-related activities

* Collaborate with Training team to assist with training material development, distribution, scheduling and booking training rooms/venues, sending notifications and reminders, record-keeping, and surveys/training assessments

* Track individual training completion, training hours and follow up processes

* Monitor training activities and offer related support for sessions to run smoothly

* Address and resolve minor training-related issues with limited supervision
