*****Remote position** requiring 4 weeks on-site training (Louisville, KY) exceptions can be made for remote training if located more than 100 miles from Louisville, KY

*****Schedule** Must be available from 8:00am 8:00pm EST

**Key Responsibilities:**

* This position serves as the point of contact for customer queries and resolution.

* Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.

* Ensures that good customer relations and seamless turnaround in problem resolution are maintained and customer claims, product orders and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.

* May answer questions and provide prompt information related to potential concerns.

* Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

**Minimum Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1+ years customer service experience

**Preferred Experience:**

* 1+ years Call Center experience

**Required Skills:**

* CAREER LEVEL DESCRIPTION: This is a junior entry level position where the incumbent is not required to have related work experience.

* KNOWLEDGE: Limited understanding of technical aspects of job. Will learn job skills and become familiar with company policies through 'on-the-job' training.

* PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Involves routine tasks of limited scope associated entirely with own role. Works on clearly defined tasks.

* MINIMUM EDUCATION & TYPICAL EXPERIENCE OR EQUIV.

* COMBINATION: Work is closely managed and reviewed regularly. Follows specific, outlined, and detailed procedures.
