Were looking for a **Member Service Representative** to process accurate transactions for credit union members, and look for ways we can financially empower those we serve.
**Location: Espanola, NM**
**Full-Time:** 40 hours per week: varies Mon - Thur 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, Fri 8:15 to 6:00, and Sat 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
**Communication:** Effective communication in Spanish & English preferred
**Preferred Experience:** Cash handling and customer service
**Duties include** : Receiving and processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments with great accuracy.
Provide friendly, professional, personal service; effectively listen and build rapport with members. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Position can include opening accounts, and processing loans, depending on experience.
**Starting Pay** : $15 hourly, depending on experience
