**Customer Care Specialist**

Clearwater Systems has been providing quality water solutions to residential customers for 75 years! We have a fantastic opportunity at our location in Missoula at 1300 S. Reserve St., Suite B.
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to make a difference for our customers. At Clearwater, we want every customer to have the very best of our "Blue Carpet Experience." That starts with our Customer Care Specialists. This position in Missoula will interact with customers all over the country as you join a team dedicated to improving the water that people drink and use in their homes. The duties include inbound and outbound customer initiated lead setting, service and delivery scheduling, and engaging our customers in a positive and proactive manner. Our goal is to provide each customer with amazing service and products. The role is full-time, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am 2:00 pm.
