Nesco Resource, 14 plus time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for a quality inspector for a reputable Walton Hills company. They recently expanded into their third manufacturing facility to meet the growing needs of loyal customers and provide additional safety to their supply chain.
General Information
- Located in Walton Hills
- $18-$20/hour based on experience
- Day Shift Monday - Wednesday 10 am 10 pm, Thursday 10 am-2pm
- Night Shift Monday, 6am-10am and Monday Wednesday 10pm 10am
- This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Check surfaces on plastic sheets.
- Gauge with micrometer and check dimensions with a tape measure.
- Check color with color meter.
- Test shrinkage of plastic with an oven.
- Proper documentation.
- Drive tow motor when needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ year with quality inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be skilled with measurements and basic math.
- Must be detail oriented and able to view colors.
- Experience with hand tools, tow motor operation, and computers.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous extrusion experience is a plus.
