** PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**
YONKERS, NY, US
Performs a variety of clerical functions to ensure the efficient operation of a clinic or physician's office. Schedules appointments and coordinates diagnostic services and referrals to specialists. Verifies insurance coverage status and collects and records payments utilizing automated systems.
Requirements:
* High School (GED) minimum
* Customer/ Patient Service Experience
* Two (2) Years of EPIC Experience (Preferred)
* Microsoft office (Preferred)
* Spanish (Preferred)
Work Schedule: Hours Vary Mon- Fri-8:30A-5:00P | Alternate weekends (subject to operational needs)
