Summary
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role is primarily responsible for unloading trucks and ensuring product is placed in the pit using the FIFO (first in, first out) method of inventory valuation.
SHIFTS
A Shift (6:00am-6:00pm) - Sunday-Monday-Tuesday every other Wednesday
B Shift (6:00pm-6:00am) - Sunday-Monday-Tuesday every other Wednesday
C Shift (6:00am-6:00pm) - Thursday-Friday-Saturday every other Wednesday
D Shift (6:00pm-6:00am) - Thursday-Friday-Saturday every other Wednesday
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Using FIFO inventory method
- Unload raw product from trailers
- Using effective communication with shift leads, control room operators and yard dog drivers
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to work D Shift
Education / Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Must follow all safety requirements

Working Conditions:
- Hot, humid environment at times, as well as cold, wet conditions for up to 12 hour shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or higher.
- Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. on an infrequent basis, including lifting at shoulder level or above.
