Operational Test & Evaluation Director
Telophase Corporation is seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Operational Test Director to join our team supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Test & Evaluation (T&E) Subject Matter Experts (SME)'s in supporting the function as an Independent Test Agent (ITA).
- Provide consistent and collaborative support to T&E, and adhere to the Records Management policy for all work supporting Major Acquisition Programs.
- Provide T&E Functional Expertise.
- Provides insight and advice concerning strategic direction and applicability of current, government and or industry standards, best practices, and or innovative solutions based on in-depth understanding of the latest developments relevant to test and evaluation arena.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and assessing complex efforts along with providing high level vision to program/manager and or leadership in the course of managing and of influencing objectives of complex efforts.
- Provides guidance on the functional procedures/processes/policies reflecting detailed knowledge of functional areas.
- May be required to lead in-depth research and analysis in support of complex efforts.
Required Experience: - Advanced Degree or equivalent credits/certifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated skills and abilities within T&E
- Attained T&E Level Il training (DHS or DoD) and completion of DHS Operational Test Director's course.
Desired Experience: - Experience with Agile Methodology.
