Take advantage of our tuition assistance and scholarship programs to grow both personally and professionally.# Administrative Director of Medical Education Position Summary# The Administrative Director of Medical Education (ADME) is responsible for maintaining oversight of the accreditation process for each individual specialty program as well as the institutional accreditation for programs within the institution. In addition to accreditation matters, the role exists to direct the administrative operations and maintain appropriate oversight and daily management of all medical education programs, which includes graduate and undergraduate medical education. Administrative Director of Medical Education Position Requirements# Education Bachelor#s degree from an accredited college or university required. Preferred 3 years# experience in a graduate medical education or healthcare medical education setting. Experience Readiness, Accreditation, and Program Development Minimum of 3 years of graduate medical education experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education Administrative Director of Medical Education Schedule# Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm# Availability by phone or pager for schedule emergencies or other facility issues.# Availability to respond to after hour calls and e-mails is necessary Administrative Director of Medical Education Benefits# At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.# Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.#
