**Role Summary**
The Napa Pantry Attendant has overall responsibility for maintaining proper levels of inventory in guest room Napa Pantries to ensure guest satisfaction and for properly storing and securing all Napa Pantry inventory and supplies. The Napa Pantry Attendant is responsible for restocking the in-room mini-bars throughout the resort's 100 guest rooms in accordance with resort and departmental standards. May also provide periodic assistance to the Room Attendants and Housepersons as needed or requested.
**Core Responsibilities**
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
* Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained Napa Pantry on a consistent basis throughout their stay.
* Stock the Napa Pantry cart with the necessary items in order to maintain the par level on a daily basis.
* Ensure products in Napa Pantry are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary
* Maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism at all times
* Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms
* Report all Napa Pantry concerns to management including any guest issues
* Responsible for maintaining the Napa Pantry storage in terms of par stock, stacking, and cleanliness
* Uphold the privacy of hotel guests at all times while performing their dutie**s**
**Required Qualifications**
* Able to use computers and POS (point of sale) systems
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
* CA Food Handling Card required (within 30 days of hire)
* Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must have the ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
* Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
* Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
* Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
