**JOB TYPE:** Full-time, W2 Contract **LOCATION:** Allen Park, MI **JOB SUMMARY FOR IT Support Specialist:**

* Client Health Support Specialist: The Client Health Support team is a new service offering designed to proactively address client health concerns. Currently, the teams focus is on ensuring that critical patches, security agents, and unsupported technologies are updated. Looking toward the future, additional proactive repairs will be considered and prioritized. We are looking for a specialist to provide remote and, when required, face to face IT support to our employees. In this role you will be part of an energetic and motivated team using remote support tools, supporting remote support sessions, and providing in-person support. The aim is to improve end user productivity, improve employee satisfaction and contribute towards a "vibrant" organization by proactively addressing concerns that could limit functionality or risk introducing security vulnerabilities.

**JOB EXPERIENCE FOR IT Support Specialist:**

* Education Required: B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field

* 1-3 years in a corporate IT department providing end user support across a wide range of environments

* Strong customer service/consulting/training skills

* Proven ability to work together with global IT teams, colleagues, and partners

* Agile

* SCCM

* SharePoint / Power Apps

* End User Support: 1-3 Years (1-3 years in a corporate IT department providing end user support across a wide range of environments.)

* IT Support: 1-3 Years (Ensuring that critical patches, security agents, and unsupported technologies are updated.)

* MS SharePoint/Power Apps: 1-3 Years

* SCCM: 1-3 Years

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR IT Support Specialist:**

* 1-3 years in a corporate IT department providing end user support across a wide range of environments.

* Strong customer service/consulting/training skills.

* Proven ability to work together with global IT teams, colleagues, and partners.
