Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling (ETOC) realizes our exceptional staff is the strength of our practice. We seek licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Portland, OR location.

Clinicians have flexible scheduling with a hybrid option.

Compensation:

  • W-2 compensation model
  • Full-time employees can earn $80,000- $105,000 for fully licensed clinicians.
Requirements:
  • Fully licensed in Oregon
  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Minimum of two years clinical Independent mental health license.
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience with children or adolescents
  • Experience with couples or family counseling
  • Experience with health psychology

About Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling

Since 2010, Eugene Therapy Oregon Counseling (ETOC) has provided individual, couples, and family counseling for children, teens, and adults throughout Oregon. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding communities. Our combined team has broad counseling and psychiatric expertise, and we match our therapists to each client to address their specific needs and concerns. What sets ETOC apart is that they take pride in their clinicians' training, development, and supervision by being committed to employing students in practicum/internship and candidates on their associate license. Finally, our leadership team is led by an experienced executive director with over 15 years of counseling experience in addition to being an AAMFT-approved supervisor. She has supervised therapists and supervisors in training at Eugene Therapy and as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon.
