Youll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities:
Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications:
Previous work in a customer-facing position
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
About Company:
We are a small, family-owned and operated business that started in 1930. David, the owner, is the 3rd generation of Bama Exterminating. Two of his children, Joseph and Anna Beth, also work at Bama and will be 4th generation owners. We do residential and commercial pest and termite control, as well as Christmas Decor in the winter.
