Job Description
To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public area floors, "front of house," and "back of house," including public an associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities
* To Maintain attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort
* Ensure that the hotel floor surfaces, tile, hard wood, carpet, etc. are serviced throughout the day.
* Utilize tools, and equipment to appropriately clean floor surfaces. For Example: wax, buff, polish, strip and dust hard surfaces such as wood, and tile and laminate.
* Safe use of chemicals to clean and disinfect flooring (both carpets and hard services)
* Operating various pieces of equipment necessary to effectively perform job functions, such as a high speed buffer, extractor, wet-vac, pressure washer, auto scrubber, etc. Then, Clean equipment after every use.
* To service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas
* Responds to guest requests, cleaning floors and carpets in hotel guest rooms and public spaces as necessary.
* To service the floors and carpets the executive offices and administrative offices.
* And any other task as assigned by management
Qualifications
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
* Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Must be able to climb stairs. Requires repetitive motion.
