this role is more on the process/operational side-working with directors and execs. more process driven it will be in the space of training and aligning some product and services that we have with another custodian at cetera. it may have some technology involvement but more about strong comms, confidence and someone who can facilitate with execs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sr. Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in financial services with a particular focus in the wealth management/independent broker dealer space. This role will be leading multiple projects aligned to the Strategic Solutions workstream within a large program driving custodial services deployment and integration. Qualified candidates will bring strong communication skills and a proven history working with C-suite and cross functional teams. This role will facilitate and coordinate gap analysis, requirements gathering, and planning/execution of efforts associated with field training, retirements solutions, and alignment with strategic partners. Good presentation and confidence to engage/partner with all levels of the organization are a must for an effective execution of this role.

Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Project Management)
10-15 years of experience in project management or a related role
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
