**Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:**

* Shipping/receiving, loading and unloading furniture, furniture assembly (no fork lift)

* Inspecting and assisting in claims

* Tagging of merchandise

* Maintaining a clean & safe warehouse

* Must be able to lift heavy furniture

* Must be able to climb ladders without limitations

* Inventory tracking

* Maintain the upkeep of the showroom including management of incoming stock merchandise

* Assembly of furniture

* Pre-loading for next day appointments

* Other tasks as assigned

* Must timely report to work as scheduled by LDI management

**Minimum Qualifications** (knowledge, skills & abilities)

* Must be a high-school graduate

* Valid drivers license and clean MVR

* Math skills

* Knowledge of tools and mechanical skills

* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
