Personal Injury Attorney in GA - Remote Our firm is growing, and we re looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney licensed in Georgia to help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. We are seeking credentials with a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities: Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation Arrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients behalf when appropriate Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability Qualifications: Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory Bachelor s degree and a J.D. degree is required Strong Case Management System skills. We want lawyers who are proficient in working on cases in a CM system and doing it at volume, without sacrificing client experience Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000 yearly
