**SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is a key link between the company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal for each Warehouse Associate is to be a team player and be able and willing to go the extra mile.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Process, package, and ship orders accurately

* Organize stocks and maintain inventory

* Inspect products for defects and damages

* Examine ingoing and outgoing deliveries

* Organize warehouse space

* Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

* Check, verify and fill customer invoices

* Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

* Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

* Perform duties as assigned by supervisor

* Must be able to engage in frequent, repeated, rapid, and/or strenuous physical activity for long periods of time

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and knowledge of how to lift and carry objects safely, cautiously, and effectively

* Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements

* Staging, loading, unloading parts, and stocking, locating and maintaining warehouse inventory

* Responsibilities include pulling orders for delivery and shipment

* Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment

* Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

* Possesses a friendly and sincere demeanor

* Ability to work well in a team environment

* Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented

* Previous experience desirable; knowledge of auto parts and/or forklift training and certification is a plus

* A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus

* Must be at least 18 years old
