The role is highly cross-functional, working with teammates within Shopping and the broader Capital One enterprise. Strong communication and relationship building skills will be essential. The Country Lead should be comfortable autonomously managing work that runs the gamut from highly-detailed (such as product localization or country legal requirements) to analytical (such as growth opportunity estimations or historical diagnostics), to strategic (such as overall growth strategy) and able to transition quickly between these.
