We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.

Qualifications

Sales Manager Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in an automotive sales management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
