As grill line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of specific items on the menu from our char-grill and saut e station including steaks, pastas, and seafood. Being a team player is key! The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. Upon arrival you will prepare your station and fill items to ensure you are ready for a busy shift.
