We are looking to place a mid-level Housing Program Manager to provide support for Department of Defense (DoD) programs in Washington, DC.JOB DESCRIPTION:Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Air Force Housing Management Program (AFHMP) governance and programmatic documents (e.g. Family Housing Master Plan [FHMP], Housing Requirements Market Analyses [HRMAs], Military Housing Privatization Initiative [MHPI], Housing Community Profiles, Integrated Manpower Requirements Documents [IMRDs], and Dormitory Master Plan [DMPs]); action plan(s) recommendations; task and inquiry responses; audit responses; and issue resolution action plan(s) to include Business Case Analyses (BCAs); training plans and programs.Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and

delivering/presenting

associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).Engage and participate in housing working groups related to housing program development and resourcing to ensure headquarters-level inputs.Engage with senior leadership to evaluate basing action impacts and reviewing and identifying future housing requirements.Engage, coordinate, and collaborate with senior leadership, military services, headquarters organizations, and other stakeholders regarding AFHMP requirements, resourcing, MHPI restructure financial and projected operational performance analysis of proposal, trend analysis and opportunity development of housing dorms and MHPI metrics.Coordinate and collaborate to develop responses to Congressional and external inquiries and report development.Provide annual inputs for Family Housing (FH) appropriation requirements to support DoD housing programs.Analyze housing data and reports and develop, coordinate, and implement actions, plans, policies, or BCA actions.Analyze existing information platforms and create an information platform utilizing existing technologies such as Microsoft Teams to improve information management in the portfolio to include but not limited to documenting meeting minutes, action items, key policy materials, congressional repository for inquires, and reports to include audits.Coordinate and collaborate with senior leadership, military services, headquarters organizations, and other stakeholders to facilitate the oversight of Military Family Housing (MFH), Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Privatized Housing (PH), and Leased Housing (LH) projects.Ensure compliance with standards and cost reports for Congressional reporting and budget exhibits, and out-of-cycle and after-the-fact Congressional notification packages.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor s Degree.Minimum of 7 years of experience related to government or private sector housing.Experience within the DoD Civil Engineering career field.Technical experience and ability to analyze facility requirements and recommend/develop strategy and guidance for resource advocacy to support the Air Force Housing Program.Experience supporting MFH, UH, PH, General Officer s Quarters (GOQs), Housing Referral and Relocation Support Services, and enterprise military housing (eMH) programs.Knowledge of Federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes, as well as Air Force or DoD regulations and documentation is preferred.Ability to obtain and maintain a current SECRET security clearance is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
