Job Description
PLANT DESCRIPTION
Our newly commissioned plant(2022) features side-by-side assembly lines for 2 unique commercial roofing products. Both these products are manufactured with state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, safe, bright facility.
PLANT LOCATION
IKO Northeast, 160 IKO Way, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740
We are conveniently located at Exit 6 off Route 81 at the Western Maryland Parkway.
Schedule - Must be able to work a rotating shift(days/nights), including weekends.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE: - Operating manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instructions
- Adhering to safety policies, programs, procedures
- Inspecting raw material and finish products per quality specifications
- Conducting quality checks at regular intervals
- Working closely with production team to meet goals/objectives
- Operating counterbalance, propane-powered forklift
- Entering waste, downtime data into system
- Additional duties as assigned
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Minimum 2 years' experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred
- Minimum 1 year of proven forklift operating experience preferred
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity and Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
- Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
- Must be able to walk and/or stand 90% of the shift
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
