* knowledge of Publix supplier management principles
* knowledge of Publix purchasing and receiving processes
* knowledge of Publix food safety requirements
* knowledge of Publix hiring and discharge processes
* knowledge of Publix CQI methodologies
* knowledge of the equipment and parts associated with and utilized in the retail locations of Publix Super Markets
* knowledge of Publix retail store operations
* knowledge of Facility Services and Publix' organizational structure and processes,
* experience in and knowledge of the warehouse/parts operations and purchasing methodologies.
