DSI is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Manager position is a regular, full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Sales.

Essential Duties:


  • Identify, interview, and place highly qualified professionals in new career opportunities.

  • Create a pipeline of potential candidates cultivated from targeted industries using various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referral networks, and other online resources as well as attending career fairs and professional networking events.

  • Manage the entire recruitment/onboarding process through consultation with hiring managers as to meaningful job descriptions, ideal candidate attributes, best markets for talent mining, effective screening of responsive candidates, and interview planning to fill open positions efficiently and successfully.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.

  • Serve as the candidate point of contact beginning with initial inquiries through a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure an excellent candidate experience and smooth transition into the workplace.

  • Monitor and report key employee metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, retention rates, reasons for separations, hiring demographics, and other recruitment statistics.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective.

  • Conduct thorough phone screens to evaluate technical skills, professional strengths, compensation expectations, and career goals.

  • Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process.

  • Negotiate offer details, compensation, and benefits to attract and close candidates into positions.

  • Document all interactions with candidates in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

  • Provide prompt and thorough feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle.

  • Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

  • Collaborate with members of the DSI Service Delivery team, including the offshore sourcing staff.

  • Represent DSI at various recruitment events including job fairs and networking events.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Salary: $65-80K annual + commission

  • Work schedule: For candidates local to Columbus, Ohio a hybrid working schedule is offered (2 days in office, 3 days remote). For candidates outside of Central Ohio, the working schedule will be remote with the opportunity to visit the home office.
