As a Customer Success Sales Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing excellent customer service while making insurance sales and leading a team of agents to assist clients. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospects and engage them in sales conversations Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or sales roles Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
