**Description**
The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. is looking for a Warehouse Lead who will be primarily responsible for monitoring workflow throughout the Warehouse Departments, including task management, data capture, and safety practices. Responsible for leading the various levels of personnel which fluctuates significantly between off-peak and peak seasons.
The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, experience in operations of heavy equipment, flexible to work long hours during peak volume, strong organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 70 pounds. Valid Drivers license is required.
