**Manufacturing Production Laborer - 2ND SHIFT - Manthei Veneer**

Welcome to Manthei Veneer . We are an energetic, results-oriented, fun-loving, collaborative, humble, and passionate group of people that enjoy making a difference within the hardwood veneer and plywood industry. We have a hardwood face veneer division, a specialty plywood division, and a retail wood products division.
We are currently searching for a **Manufacturing** Production Worker . The primary role of this position is to produce the highest quality veneer and plywood products by working with a team and performing a variety of roles, including machine operation and manual inspection and sorting of material.

**THIS SHIFT IS FROM 3:30PM TO 12 AM AND DOES OFFER A WAGE PREMIUM. If overtime is required shift may extend to 1 AM.*
Duties
* Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
* Work on a production line with consistent speed and accuracy
* Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
* Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
* Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
* Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
* Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
* Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
To truly be successful in this role, you'll need to be reliable and punctual, be respectful and communicate well with other team members, and have a positive, winning attitude.
Qualifications
* Be able to lift approximately 25-50 pounds regularly
* Have great attention to detail
* Must have color vision
