Sippin Energy is regularly in search of talented individuals interested in a career in HVAC. Trade education or significant experience is a requirement of apprenticeship. We will generally judge applicants qualifications by the degree of technical aptitude they display along with their knowledge and enthusiasm. Apprenticeship may take from 6 months to two years depending upon what type of trade license the individual is pursuing. Sippin Energy will provide on the job training as well as seminar training.
The applicant must meet the requirements below:
* Must reside in Sippin Energy Products' service area. The area is roughly Fairfield County with the exception of southwest Fairfield County, the Valley, and Milford/Orange.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random drug testing.
* Must have a clean driving record.
* Must have a clean criminal/background check.
* Must have completed a HVAC state approved training course.
* Must be flexible with regards to overtime.
