**Repair Assembler II** Location **WA, Lynnwood** Department **Operations** Employment Type **Full Time** is seeking a **Repair Assembler II** in our **Repair & Overhaul** facility in Lynnwood, WA. Crane Aerospace & Electronics
**Job Summary:**
The Repair Assembler II works under supervision performing assigned repair and assembly processes to repair Crane Aerospace & Electronics products in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) or production documentation such as visual aids, drawings, methods and/or written instructions. In addition, the Repair Assembler II communicates with the repair cell team and performs visual and dimensional inspection.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Perform assigned repair tasks
* Perform disassembly, cleaning, assembly and repair operations
* Prepare components prior to repair and assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies
* Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery
* Observe proper health and safety procedures in handling hazardous chemicals
* Identify and report to lead or supervisor any difficulty which would affect the correctness and quality of the work in process
* Participate in cleaning of area and machinery and take part in team meetings for improvement
* Complete job-related company training courses
* Support Crane Business System (CBS) initiatives including 5S, KPIs, Standard Work, Problem Solving, and other initiatives as they arise
* Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary
* Understand and/or participate with internal/external audits
**Qualifications:**
* *Experience* : 2-5 years of Assembly experience in a manufacturing or repair environment
* *Knowledge* : Knowledge of raw materials, repair processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective repair of field return units
* *Skills* : Strong verbal and written communication; Proficiency in reading comprehension (understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents) of the English language ; Basic computer skills (understanding of basic software)
