Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Lovettsville, VA. The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensure on-time project completion, and maintain project budgets. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting approvals to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience conducting inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Working knowledge of Procore is a plus
