Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the insurance industry, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
As an Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business through leads provided by the company, as well as through your own networking efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through leads provided by the company and through personal networking efforts.
Conduct thorough needs analyses with prospective clients and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to policy issue.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales information in the company's CRM system.
Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive
advantage.
Requirements:
Proven track record of sales success in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Must have a valid insurance license in the state(s) in which you will be selling.
Knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
Compensation:
Sign on Bonus plus commission compensation. The commission structure is highly competitive, with the potential for high earnings based on your sales performance.
