Senior Manager FP&A
$100M Healthcare Company - North of DFW (40 miles) - Up to $140K plus 15-20% bonus
The Sizzle:
- Role is hybrid - in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Individual Contributor role (no direct reports)
- Reports directly to the VP of Accounting/Finance; on a team of 3
- Targeting 5 - 7+ years of experience
- Healthcare experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities: - Works closely with leadership team to formulate the business's long term financial and strategic plan
- Analyzes financial and operational results to better understand company performance
- Communicates to senior leadership the reasons behind department performance and results
- Provides detailed commentary on cost center results
- Reviews operations and recommends new productivity on cost saving initiatives
- Reviews existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.
- Communicating results and recommendations to senior leadership for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations.
- Provides insights to senior leadership around financial modeling forecasts, and profitability
- Leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Equivalent.
- Strong quantitative abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel and other accounting software's
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Demonstrated experience in management financial reporting and variance analysis
- CPA or CFA, preferred
