We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling and capturing the essence of our diverse locations and teams. With over 7+ locations across the Gulf Coast, each offering unique services and hosting various events, your role will be pivotal in bringing our brand's story to life and engaging with our community in meaningful ways.

JOB BRIEF:

As a Part-Time Content Creator for our company, you will embark on a creative journey across the Gulf Coast region, capturing the dynamic spirit of our 7+ locations and their dedicated teams. Your content will showcase the richness of our events, the dedication of our staff, and the breadth of expertise and services we provide, all while engaging and expanding our online audience. This role demands creativity, travel flexibility, and a keen eye for detail to portray our company's ethos accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Travel to various company locations across the Gulf Coast to capture compelling content, including photos, videos, and interviews with our team members.
  • Develop engaging content that highlights our company's presence and activities in each location, including special events, team interactions, and client testimonials, along with industry specific news.
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and engagement goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and report on content ROI.
  • Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement and lead generation across platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop a content calendar that aligns with company events, campaigns, and promotional needs.
  • Utilize storytelling to create connections between our clients and the diverse communities we serve.
  • Edit and produce content for a variety of platforms, including our website, social media channels, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media engagement and feedback to adjust content strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with each location's staff to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to suggest innovative content ideas.
  • Occasionally teach social media classes both internally and externally.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including photography, videography, and design files.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to capture and narrate stories.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel across the Gulf Coast region to our various locations.
  • Experience with digital photography, video production, and editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools - in particular Meta and HootSuite.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and SEO principles.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be based in the Gulf Coast region.
