Director of Food and Beverage- Luxury Hotel
Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
Benefits: Relocation Package, Temporary accommodation, PTO, Full Benefits, Bonus
The Company:
We are excited to be working with an independent 5-star prestige hotel in Nashville, known for its exceptional service. We are looking for a Director of Food and Beveragewho will be responsible for overseeing and managing all food and beverage outlets in the hotel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Director of Food and Beverage Duties:
- Support management in overseeing the day-to-day operations for 6 food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and upholding the highest quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve financial targets. Be financially astute, manage cost controls, analysis financial performance and sales trends
- Work closely with the Kitchen Management team to create innovative menus to reflect the different outlets within the hotel
- Provide leadership and guidance to the food and beverage managers and staff, create and foster a positive and motivated work environment
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating restaurant management staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism
- Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to enhance the hotel's growth and drive food and beverage sales
Who are we looking for? - You will have 3 years' experience in a comparable role, preferably managing multiple outlets
- You will have an understanding of luxury hotels and are passionate about providing a 5 Star guest experience
- You are a natural leader with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- You have the ability to work well under pressure, motivate a team and be a strong team player
