Inova Staffing is currently hiring Computer Hardware Technicians for a Tech Warehouse located in the Durham, NC area. The ideal candidate has personal or professional experience troubleshooting and/or repairing computers. Attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking are necessary skill sets.
Location: Durham, NCJob Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hireSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM3:30PMHourly rate: $16.50
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with hardware
- Repair or update hardware
- Take stock and inventory of hardware and parts
- Troubleshoot different varieties of hardware (consoles, PCs, Macs, tablets, etc.)
- Sort cables, quality assurance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of computer components (RAM, Hard drives, etc.)
- Experience with board-level repair and soldering preferred.
- Desire to solve problems in a time-efficient manner
- Lift up to 35 lbs.
- Background and drug screening required
