The Associate Director for Subacute Care (ADON) plans, develops, and organizes the overall operation of the Subacute Unit in conjunction with the appropriate personnel.

STARTING RATE: $38.00/hr. ($38.00 - $40.00/hr., depending on experience)

This position is responsible for coordinating all admission and discharge processing, interdisciplinary care services, family communication and other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications: Current New York State license as a Registered Nurse, BSN preferred; 2-3 years experience in long-term care preferred.
