What is the compensation for this role?:
$12.00 per hour, competitive housing
What will you do in this job?:
Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Seward Windsong Lodge. As Bell Staff, you will be responsible for assisting lodge guests with luggage. You will have a range of duties in order to assist the wait staff including:
- Assist guests with luggage during guest check-in and guest checkout and transporting to the guest rooms
- Ensure all guests luggage is correctly tagged and safely stored and transported to the assigned destination
- Greet arriving and departing guests and answer any questions or concerns
This is a tipped position.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous bell staff and guest service experience viewed advantageous
- Must possess valid driver s license with clean driving record
