Our Sales Professionals achieve sales and gross profit goals while providing surprisingly exceptional professional service. Sales Professionals are responsible for building and maintaining a book of business, following sales procedures, demonstrating and selling vehicles. Sales Professionals are expected to be enthusiastic, enjoy working with and for people, trustworthy, resilient, creative and organized.
**Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:**
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively build and maintain rapport with others
* Strong computer skills
* Proven ability to learn and use computer software programs
* Valid In-State driver's license
* Clean motor vehicle record
* Strong listening skills
* Very good organizational and time management skills
* High School degree or equivalent
* Previous sales or hospitality experience required
