DC Warehouse Freezer 2nd shift


Job Details

  • Check all orders to ensure they are properly identified and labeled.
  • Properly load and unload trailers with all documentation requirements. Include updating MMS.
  • Responsible for proper put away, identification and accuracy of documents relevant to Production, Warehouse and DC operations.
  • Post inbound & outbound orders and verify accurate transactions
  • Perform regular cycle counting and research any discrepancies
  • Support Warehouse and Production with the daily requirements
  • Work safely, effectively, and efficiently in a freezer environment
  • Must be knowledgeable of and perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), State, Federal, and company regulations, policies and procedures including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and safety regulations, including using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and vendors.
  • Work as a team player and help guide & train the staff to meet departmental and company goals and objectives
  • Responsible for food safety through enforcing policies and procedures
  • Mange the operations when a Supervisor is off duty.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Education and/or Experience
  • Must have Cherry Picker or Reach Truck experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 year warehouse and inventory experience.
  • Must be able to work in various temperatures.
  • Had experience using scanners and computers

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision. The noise level in the environment is usually loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The Associate is frequently exposed to extreme heat. The Associate is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; extreme cold and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Pay Minimum - $19.13/ per hour

Pay Maximum - $20.63/per hour

Rosina compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. The annual salary is just one component of Rosina's total compensation package. Other rewards may include incentive compensation bonuses.
