Responsibilities
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads)
Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
Qualify leads to accurately assess their motivation, competition, and financial specifics
Daily follow-ups with clients and staff
Qualifications
Excellent skills in organization, time management, and follow-up
Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
You are dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken; you are passionate about helping people
Strong communication skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone, virtually, etc
Experience using CRM systems for lead generation, pipeline management, and multiple forms of communication (via email, text, and calls)
Background in sales is a plus
Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining your real estate license
