Support other regions as neededBuild and maintain relationships with Client food safety to ensure acknowledgement and communication of client food safety and safety requirements, participate in client reviews, and communicate regularly with Client food safety and safetyMonitor and identify weaknesses in the PSSI food safety and safety program to implement changes and updates as necessaryEvaluate analytical data within your division to identify trends in food safety and throughout the Region. Initiate corrective actions through the Operational teams as needed to ensure employee food safety and safety excellence is achievedEvaluate all training, policies, proceduresSpecial Projects and other duties as assignedYOUR MUST HAVES:High School Diploma or General Education Degree ( GED )2 years plus years in a QA / Safety position2 or more years of experience in SanitationKnowledge of food safety and safety regulationsWHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:3 or more years of people management within compliance/audit teamsAbility to work well within a team, including adherence to core values and dynamic corporate cultureSelf-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reportingBe adaptable to various assignments and non-routine tasksOUR ENVIRONMENT:While this position is based at your in-home office, we do require that this position travel frequently.Travel time will primarily be spent with local plant-level leadership and employees for training, investigations, and observations.This position will require you to spend time at our plants during their working hours (usually 3rd shift).WHAT WE OFFER:Medical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceBasic Life Insurance401k Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysPaid VacationEmployee Assistance ProgramTraining & Development OpportunitiesPackers Sanitation Services, Inc.
