Details:
*Create, modify, and release complete set drawings and word drawings in multiple views using AutoCAD & Revit
*Work with department manager, sales staff, and clients to ensure accuracy of drawings.
*Ensure drawings are complete and accurate.
*Ability to work from drawings, sketches, scanned images, verbal information, client details.
*Occasionally responsible for design elements.
*Prepare contracts, quotes, and RFP/RFI for potential clients.
*Ensure accurate pricing and configuration on quotes and proposals.
*Maintains awareness of industry trends and government regulations.
Job Requirements
Details:
*Degree from recognized CAD program.
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, KCL, Auto Quotes, and Microsoft Office.
*Attention to detail with organizational skills.
*Previous Commercial kitchen/restaurant industry experience is a plus.
*Two years of experience in administrative or related experience.
