As a Child Autism Specialist, *you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children* diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. It is an *entry-level role *and *does not require prior certification; *we provide complete training for this position.

Responsibilities
* Offer *one-on-one developmental and behavioral support *to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods
* *Implement intervention plans *crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
* Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
* Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Computer and tablet literacy
* Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job
* Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
