** WH Customer Service Associate (3pm-11:30pm)**

**Function**
Reviewing, evaluating and correcting discrepancy orders. Filing paper work.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reviews orders to resolve problems.
- Read and respond to sales email and calls.
- Once discrepancy is resolved return to original person/requester.
- Filing paperwork.
- Will also perform other duties which might include; housekeeping-cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, picking up and taking out the trash, etc.
- May be designated, according to work volume to other departments when assigned or needed.
- Other job duties as assigned.
**Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Skills**
* Written/Verbal communication
* Type 25 wpm
* Basic Computer skills, familiar with outlook
* Good reading and writing skills
* Basic math skills
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Familiar with scanners, scale, pallet jack, flatbeds, packing equipment

**Education and/or Experience**
Less than 1 year with some warehouse experience.
