We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly call centre department. In this role you will mainly be answering incoming calls from customers placing orders or making enquiries however, you may also be required to help in other departments such as outbound, administration and data entry, depending on workflow.

This is not a sales role and you will NOT be required to cold call.

Although previous experience is desired, it is not essential as we will provide full training to the successful applicant.

The hourly rate is 9.00 with the potential for overtime and we offer benefits such as free parking, tea & coffee and staff discount.

You must be available for a handful of pre-scheduled weekend shifts (paid at overtime rate) between August-December 2021, so some flexibility is desired.
