The Security Systems Administrator will be responsible for Maintenance and Programming services for the electronic and mechanical security systems and hardware (including Intrusion Detection, Video Monitoring & Access Control) for an Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Sustainment and Maintenance services support contract for our Government customer in Washington, D.C.Location of work: Washington, D.C.Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):* Query various sources and databases to identify all countermeasures equipment used by OCSO, FPS, and facility tenants.* Compile and input the query results into a predesigned Microsoft SharePoint site.* Develop fact sheets for each countermeasure device to include at a minimum:* Description of the item and its purpose* Photos of the item* If describing a camera or monitor, include photos of camera images or screen captures Manufacturer's specifications* Maintenance requirements Limitations on the item's use* Written recommendation for the best implementation of the item Estimated current market costs for similar items* Recommended items in the database that function well together, i.e. camera and monitor* Conduct Electronic Access Control (EAC) system programming and system management, to include device configuration, system schedules, user groups and access rights in a network environment.* Conduct programming and maintenance of Closed-Circuit Video (CCV) systems including, camera configuration, recording frame rates, system schedules, and network configuration for Digital Video Recorders (DVR), Network Video Recorders (NVR) and Internet Protocol (IP) cameras.* Other physical security and/or countermeasure-related duties as assigned.* Will be required to work with Law Enforcement Sensitive programs and equipment.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Physical Security Systems* Knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems (C-CURE 9000, Lenel, AMAG, ProWatch etc.)* Technical Knowledge of Network Video Systems (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, ect.)* Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, SharePoint, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Communicate effectively both orally and written* Ability to organize data from various sources and consolidate information into one database* Produce organized reports in a professional manner.* Requires Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI* Must be a U.S. citizenAfognak Native Corporation, Afognak Commercial Group LLC, Alutiiq LLC, and their subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
